If you haven’t stopped by in awhile, a lot has changed at 261 W. Main St. Lots of pottery classes, but chocolate bars are starting to take over. I now have over 60 varieties from all over the world. Most are single origin bars from small producers from 40% up 100% unsweetened. Yes, even the 100% bars are amazing, rich, thick, and never bitter.
